This Role


We are currently recruiting for three Operatives to work at our DTE Ashford site. This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable individual to join our team.

Working within a fast-moving process environment, candidates must be able to display effective communication and problem-solving skills. Working as part of a team, candidates are required to be flexible and contribute to the team effort.


Key elements of this role are:

  • Assist in setting and producing timber members to customer specification.
  • Operating Truss manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensuring all products are manufactured to a high standard.
  • Carrying out quality checks.

The successful candidate does not require any previous experience as all essential training will be provided.


Hours are 38.5 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm and Friday 7.30am to 2.30pm.
