This Role

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated individual looking to start their career in a sales environment. Based in a busy office in Elm Park (Leven) the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects and roles in the sales office, initially being trained in all the sales admin roles and then developing skills in all other sales roles. The role involves the following:

  • Processing Transport / Delivery Lines
  • Processing Customer Complaints / Credit Notes
  • Processing of Sales Orders
  • A high degree of customer contact via telephone
  • Provision of cover for all sales roles
  • Processing of order amendments
  • Pricing enquiries and receiving orders from customers
  • Liaising with customers and production team regarding progress of orders and delivery dates
  • Achieving margin and volume targets
  • Adhoc duties as required
