This Role

  • Ensuring compliance to all health and safety procedures and processes.
  • Maintains clean, tidy, and efficient working area
  • Lead the team to ensure the delivery of KPI’s for Safety, Quality, Service and Cost.
  • Responsible for core decision making during day-to-day activities, escalating complex matters to the management team where necessary.
  • Coach and develop direct reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Inspect all incoming and outgoing goods including inspection, documentation sign off and safe storage
  • Carrying out quality checks on finished products prior to despatch
  • Booking material onto MRP system
  • Picking materials required for production departments
  • Completing daily cycle counts
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed

Hours for the role are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
