Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing orders and managing customer accounts.
• Maintain and update customer information in the database.
• Coordinate between sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
• Manage inventory and assist in stock ordering.

Skills and experience:

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales administration or a similar role.

Work Hours: This full-time role entails 43 hours per week. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 7.30am to 4.30pm, and Friday from 7.30am to 4pm. You will also be required to work two Saturdays per month. We can also consider part-time hours via job share, shorter working days or fewer days each week.
