Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries
- Providing a proactive support service to the Design Team
- Maintaining customer records including logging enquiries and updating customer records
- Processing customer orders
- Filing and all other general admin duties
Skills and experience:
- Proficient PC office skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Gets it right first time every time approach
- Ability to learn, develop and continually improve performance and effectiveness.
This role offers up to 16 hours per week, with hours spread across Monday to Friday.
